Pannonhalma
On the 2nd of September a visit will be organized to the Archabbey of Pannonhalma. Pannonhalma is ca. 20 minutes from Győr. If you travel to Visegrád by car via Bratislava, or Vienna it is only a 10 minutes ride from the M1 highway. The main attraction of the trip – nearby the world-famous view of the Abbey – is the recently opened historical mineral collection of the Benedictine monks. On a corridor of the monastery a beautiful selection of the collection can be studied. Read few words about the collection below. Csódi-hill field guide IMA2010.pdf
